1. Services & Appointments
O Spa offers a variety of beauty and wellness services, including facials, nail care, waxing, tanning, and lash & brow treatments. All services are performed by licensed professionals.
Guests must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's consent.
Some services may require a consultation or health-related information before we begin.
We reserve the right to decline service if something doesn’t feel right.
2. Booking & Payment
Book online, by phone, or in person.
A valid credit card may be required to hold your appointment.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge of up to 100% of the service cost.
Repeated no-shows or cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.
4. Refunds & Returns
We do not offer refunds on services. However, if something didn’t go as expected, please let us know within 48 hours.
Retail returns are accepted on unopened products with a receipt, within 14 days of purchase.
Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
5. Health & Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions in advance.
We follow all health and safety guidelines to keep our space clean and welcoming.

Undisclosed medical conditions
Reactions to products or treatments
